AIM Construction was founded by partners Brett Jones, Tyler Miles, and Brad Miles as the in-house construction division of AIM Development Company. Combined the three partners have developed and built over $1B of various asset types including townhomes, apartments, office, senior living, hotels, and retail.
AIM Construction has grown and now provides 3rd party construction services for other developers and owners. AIM Construction understands your need as a developer to hit the budget and schedule because we are owned by developers. We know that every month late on a project affects interest reserves, return metrics, and ultimately the ability to sell or refinance the project. We understand that every dollar over budget affects your sales or refinance proceeds and reputation with your investors.

Brett has a bachelor's degree in construction management and holds a General Building B100 license. Brett has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction estimating, scheduling, and contracting.
Brett’s resume prior to AIM Construction, includes over 16 years of experience as a head estimator, project manager, and division manager for one of Utah’s largest commercial general contractors. He has in-depth experience completing projects across both residential and commercial construction types.

Brad has a bachelor's degree in finance and a masters degree in real estate development. Brad also is a licensed real estate broker and has extensive experience in real estate sales, negotiation and acquisitions.
Brad's resume includes years of transactions in real estate along with over $500 million in development and acquisition of properties across multiple asset types.

Tyler has a bachelor's degree in construction management and a masters degree in real estate development. Tyler has extensive background and experience in both the development and construction processes.
Tyler's resume includes having worked for a general contractor early in his career building residential and commercial assets along with over $500 million in development and acquisition of properties across multiple asset types.
